Tests have enabled us to pinpoint the optimum proportion of recycled material (5%) to ensure that the high quality of our product is not compromised. The wood is produced using a recycling process which combines scrap wood with a specialist resin technique to produce high strength panels. Crucially, these panels can also be recycled.
We employ state of the art technology to ensure the optimum number of pieces is produced from each board. All of our products are designed with easily interchangeable components, allowing each part to be replaced individually, minimising the level of waste generated.
In addition to this, any chair returned to us will be broken down into components for re-assembly or disposed of for recycling into raw materials.
